Source of Raw Material
Most of the Raw Material, i.e. Aluminium Scrap is imported from overseas markets from reputed sources in various parts of the world like Europe, Middle East, USA, Australia & South Africa etc. However Silicon Metals is imported from China, Hong Kong & Vietnam.
Manufacturing Process
The plant is well equipped with modern equipment for manufacturing testing and finishing of material.
The imported and locally procured scrap is segregated with the help of a Magnetic Separator and visual inspection before it is put into the furnace for melting .The material is tested during the process at various stages with a spectrometer under the guidance of a qualified and experienced Metallurgist. Necessary addition and alteration are made in the inputs to ensure that finished product meets the requirements of the customer’s specifications. Ingots are tested in batches of about 5 to 6 tons for every Heat to ensure that the end product conforms to the required specification.

Quality Controls
To monitor and control the quality of product, we have a well-equipped laboratory.
The quality control laboratory is equipped with the following modern equipments:

- Grinding Machine
- Image Analyzer
The Product is checked at different stages of manufacturing to strictly follow the norms of ISO 9001- 2008 standards
